The proposed 2024-2025 Budget was approved by the unit owners at the open Budget Meeting on February 17th, 2024. Including proxies, there were 56 attendees at the meeting. Fifty four votes were cast to approve the proposed budget and 2 disapproved.
Beginning April 1, 2024 the dues for single family homes will be increased by $12 per month, and all other units will incur an increase of $10 per month.
