Council members are elected for two year terms at the Owners Annual Meeting at the end of April. Three council position terms end in even years, and four council position terms end in odd years. Council members may serve three consecutive terms. The Secretary position is a non-voting, appointed position if no council member accepts the role. All must be resident owners of Fairways units.
