Unit owners who wish to lease their unit during the 2025 US Open at Oakmont Country Club must comply with the following requirements:
Short Term Lease Requirements
- All leases are subject to Fairways Declaration Article VIII, Uses, Purposes and Restrictions, Section Q (Leasing). (Please note the inclusion of language in Section Q, Subsection 2e within the lease document.)
- Secure a written lease and furnish a copy to Acri for review allowing at least 5 days before execution.
- Forward a copy of the Acri approved signed lease to Acri within 7 days after execution and no later than May 30, 2025.
Please note that the lease term is limited to no less than 3 days and no greater than 7 days.
