Council members are elected for two year terms at the Owners Annual Meeting at the end of April. Three council position terms end in even years, and four council position terms end in odd years. Council members may serve three consecutive terms. The Secretary position is a non-voting, appointed position. All must be resident owners of Fairways units.

- Secretary: Nancy Crouthamel (accepted 2023, 2nd term)
- Member - Pool Chair: Sue Ellen Gebert (elected 2021 -2nd term)
- Member: Cindy Herbeck (elected 2023, 1st term)
- Member: Mark Babuscio (elected 2023, 1st term)
- Member - Landscape Chair: Maryann Moore (elected 2023, 1st term)
